Girls in Grade 3 - Grade 8

This day camp is a combined venture which will teach the FUN-damental Volleyball and Football skills that will not only introduce two of the most popular female sports but also teach the participants proper technique and training tips to help accelerate skills to the next level.

Participants are expected to bring:
Water bottle
lunch kit
running shoes
a volleyball
workout clothes
the best coachable attitude ever

This day camp will be coached by SMF/Valkyries and Elite Youth Academy instructors. These skilled instructors will be on site to ensure participants not only learn these sports from the best but also make sure the participant’s exposure to the sports is positive
