Serving and hitting are great but serve reception and defense win games.

This session is the basis of individual and team defense and service reception. This will be a set of drills that will push the athletes to develop their knowledge of the positions when in the defense and service reception. Remember defense and service reception wins seasons, more time is needed by volleyball player so they can focus on the heartbeat defense, movement, and individual DE.

Don’t miss this session it will be fun and a good one for anyone who has played a season of club or school and wants to refine their defensive and service reception skills.
