Canadian Elite Academy

This is four hours of Everything Volleyball. The last chance before Christmas to touch the volleyball in a continuous practice of the volleyball skills. This session includes a Christmas gift of an Academy T-shirt.

This session will be a mixture of Setting, Serving, Underhand passing, defense, attach, blocking, weird drills, games and everything else volleyball related. It is four hours for beginner volleyball players and more advanced volleyball players. We will only have room for 24 players and will allow the participants lots of touches which makes them better.
