Canadian Elite Academy

This is a one-hour serving session. This one is focussing on the advanced standing overhand serve. The coach will help the athletes try to achieve the goal of achieving a consistent float and spin overhand serve. If you should have a consistent overhand serve, then the session will be a good fit for you as it will give you an hour of serving practice and an opportunity to have a coach make sure your fundamentals are good so you can continue to be consistent and start to build the speed of the float and spin serve.
