You are into your club season your spiking hopefully is working well and you just want to increase the power of the spike. Each participant is required to bring their own volleyball to the sessions.
This two - hour session will help increase the power and fine-tune a spike. It will fix the little issues, give some tips on how to increase the power. It has a single goal and that is to create a smooth flowing full body spiking motion.
