Canadian Elite Academy

The U13 U14 U15 Girls club tryouts are next weekend and this is session will prepare them for the tryouts by giving them a large number touches in the three-hour session. Each participant is required to bring their own volleyball to the sessions.

The goal of this session is to provide each participant as many touches in three hours as possible. We will try to work through as many of the volleyball skills as is possible and fine-tune a few of them. After the session, we will send the following to each participant so they can bring it to the tryout. This will make them stand out a little from the others and show they are serious about the sport.
