Canadian Elite Academy

The NexGen FUNdamental Development for grades 4-8 is a two-hour introduction to volleyball on Sunday Afternoon. The following skills will be introduced: serving, passing (forearm underhand passing), setting (overhead passing), attack options (hitting/spiking), blocking (from attack and defend positions), and defensive skills (rolling and sliding). This session is for new volleyball athletes and will focus on the fundamentals of the sport.

Each week on Sundays, a new fundamental of volleyball will be taught.
