This session allows setters and hitters to work on their timing. Athletes need to have the foundations of setting taught in Setting 101, and hitters should have the foundations of hitting taught in basic hitting. This session brings the setters and hitters together to develop a relationship.
You will get a lot of reps to allow you to perfect and practice your volleyball skill
