This is an introduction to Volleyball Setting. If you do not have good setting hands, this session is for you. If you stab a ball, this session is for you. If you make a loud sound when you contact the ball, this session is for you. If you have never been a setter this session is for you. If you would like to be more accurate, this session is for you. This is the fundamentals of setting a volleyball. Take it to clean up you hands.
Do not take it if you have been a setter on a high school volleyball team or club team unless you just want to check your fundamentals
