Canadian Elite Academy

This is a session called Basic Setting. It will allow athletes who consider themselves to have the foundation of setting and are looking for many reps of out-of-system sets. It will be a chance to set a lot of balls to perfect your style and build a solid foundation for your setting.

Out-of-system sets are not only done by setters but are a skill everyone who plays the games should get some repetitions of setting out-of-system balls. An out-of-system are volleyball sets done well off the net at the attack line or farther back.
