Athlete Level - Advanced
Advanced Level
- Advanced (Grades 10-12, Competitive Players)
- Who is it for? Athletes in Grades 10-12 with:
- 2+ years of high school and/or club volleyball experience
- Completion of 10+ academy sessions at lower tiers
- Athletes with less than two years of playing experience are not advised to register for this session.
- Focus: Advanced skills, high-level competition, and preparation for elite performance.

A refund will not be issued if the session's start date is within 7 days of the cancellation.
Each player must bring a volleyball to attend the session; the academy will not supply volleyballs.
Advanced (Grades 11–12)
At this level, athletes aim to master defense against high-level attacks. Training emphasizes advanced digging techniques, controlling balls off the block, defending sharp angles, and reacting to quick offensive plays. Players learn to read setter tendencies, anticipate attacker decisions, and cover the entire court with speed and efficiency. The focus is on making difficult defensive plays look routine and turning defense into an immediate offensive opportunity.
