Advanced (Grades 11–12)
This level focuses on serving as a tactical weapon. Athletes will train advanced serves such as the jump float and jump spin, as well as disguise and variation in placement. Emphasis is placed on serving under pressure, reading opponents, and using serve strategy to disrupt the other team’s offense. The goal is to produce consistent, aggressive serves that create scoring opportunities and give the team a competitive edge.
