ITR Day Camp – Train Your Way

The ITR Three-Day Camp is designed to give athletes control over their training. Over three days, we’ll focus on six core volleyball skills each day:

• Serving (10–11 am)
• Passing (11–12 pm)
• Setting (12–1 pm)
• Spiking (1–2 pm)
• Defense (2–3 pm)
• Game Play (3–5 pm, Instruction only)

How It Works

Each skill session is offered in three different formats:

• Instruction (I): Hands-on coaching in a structured, skill-focused session.
• Tips (T): Play the game while coaches provide feedback and adjustments.
• Reps (R): Get as many touches as possible with little direct coaching.

This lets athletes customize their training. For example:

• Already strong at serving? Choose Serving (Reps) for maximum touches.
• Need reminders and tweaks for setting? Pick Setting (Tips).
• Want the most coaching on passing? Go with Passing (Instruction).

You choose the skills and the style of training that works best for you.

Pricing Options

• All Instruction Sessions (all 3 days): $150 CAD
• All Tips Sessions (all 3 days): $120 CAD
• All Reps Sessions (all 3 days): $90 CAD
• All Three Days (everything included): $300 CAD
• Pick Your Own Sessions: Pay only for the individual sessions you want (see add-on prices).

💡 Individual Sessions Range:

• Instruction: $25–30 CAD
• Tips: $20 CAD
• Reps: $15 CAD
