Pushing an athlete up a level is not the best development plan.

Elite athletes benefit immensely from mastering leadership skills, emphasizing self-competition over external comparisons, and cultivating a self-driven approach that enhances their teammates' performance. Encouraging athletes to excel within their age group fosters a genuine passion for personal improvement, ensuring their contribution to victories is maximized and not diluted by premature advancements.

Our camp runs on a tournament-style schedule:

  • 2 hours of training
  • 2-hour break
  • 2 hours of training
  • 2-hour break
  • Games to finish the day

Please note that athletes are not supervised during the two-hour breaks and are responsible for their own safety and well-being during this time. Athletes may stay in the balcony (volleyballs must remain in bags, and there should be no distractions during ongoing sessions) or spend their time outside at nearby shops, restaurants, or other areas.

This schedule prepares athletes for the rhythm of higher-level competitions.

Entry into the ELITE session is by selection only. You’ll need to meet strict criteria to ensure that every athlete in the session is prepared for high-level competition. Think you have what it takes?

Eligibility & Experience:

  1. Age Requirement: Are you between the ages of 15 and 18?
  2. High School Volleyball: Have you played on your high school volleyball team for every year since you started high school?
  3. Are you tryout for the Senior High School team in 2026-2017 school year?

Split days are always difficult but better at this age where she can drive herself.

Daughter didn’t always feel challenged, particularly in final game day. Perhaps an opportunity to better engage athletes where they are at.

That said, daughter benefitted from individual critique.

Sessions went well & my daughter enjoyed it. It was difficult to arrange driving all days (she’ll have her license by next year), but you might want to consider only 2 sessions to make it easier for parents to manage?
Thank you all for your dedication to developing young athletes & treating them with respect & growing their confidence.
